Jason Baker believes that the ultimate calling of an attorney is to be a counselor in the broadest sense, and has thus devoted his life to public service, and to service within his community.

Education

Jason Baker earned his B.A. in Political Science at the University of California at Davis in 1995.  After graduation, he worked as Research Associate for the Violence Prevention Research Program at the UC Davis School of Medicine for two years prior to entering law school.

Mr. Baker received his J.D., Cum Laude from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2000.  While attending law school, Mr. Baker clerked for the Special Litigation Division of the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office.  Mr. Baker’s practice is dedicated to representing plaintiffs in business litigation, product liability, and serious personal injury matters.

Experience

Jason Baker has briefed, litigated and argued cases before state and Federal Courts in California and nationwide, including cases in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals (immediately below the U.S. Supreme Court).  Mr. Baker has worked on cases regarding fortune 500 companies, including major complex litigation, nationwide class actions, and has litigated  the most serious injury and wrongful death cases.  Mr. Baker founded a law firm to spend more time on fewer, important and serious cases where client contact and maximum recovery for each case can be the focus.

Public Service

Mr. Baker is very active in his community and has held and holds a number of elected and appointed public-service positions.   Mr. Baker’s service includes serving as Chair of the Campbell Rotary Club Ethics in Business Awards, serving as Chair and a member of the Campbell Civic Improvement Commission.
